ASB alums find love after 15 years

An alumni reunion too cute not to share!

ASB alumna Gal Zelman Brenner ‘10 comes from a long line of ASB’ers - her sisters, brother, and cousins all attended the American School of Barcelona. After graduating in 2010, Gal studied Business and Marketing at ESADE before moving to London to begin her career. It was in London that she reconnected with another former ASB alum, Dutch-Belgian Sebastiaan Jansen, who attended the school in fourth grade (and whose twin sister Carlotta was in Gal’s class). Although it had been 15 years since they had last seen each other, the two connected, and the rest is history!

After nine years in London, Gal and Seb recently moved back to Barcelona, where they plan to base themselves for the coming years. It was great to have them return to campus and hear how much things had changed since they were students—and even better to have them reconnect with staff who are still working at the school, like Ms. Bronwyn, Mr. Volchok, Mr. Bartlett, Ms. Mark, Ms. Jael, and Ms. Marta.

ASB lynxes for life!
