Benya Mattig is back in town after moving to Singapore at the end of last year, primarily for her competitive swimming. In addition to stopping by ASB, she has been visiting the city and friends she grew to love over the seven years (grades 3-9) she lived here.
Now attending Nexus International School of Singapore, Benya competitively swims more than 20 hours per week. Her sister, Nalin '22, also an alumna, is currently undertaking a jewelry apprenticeship in Germany.
Wonderful to see you again, Benya, and to hear you have adjusted well to your new school and life in Asia. We will continue to follow your successes in the competitive swimming arena!
