ASB alumni choosing ASB for their own children

Such a good testimony to meet ASB alumni parents who have chosen the school for their children.

Today Marta Vernet Yll, Head of Community Service and also an alumnus of the school, met Álvaro Llaras '96, who attended ASB from PK to Grade 12, with his brother Pinchu '00. Álvaro's daughter Ysé is a current fourth grader who has been at the school since PK.

Coincidentally, the photo above from the 1995 yearbook shows a photo of Álvaro together with Mireia Sureda, another ASB alumni turned parent.

Along with his brother, Álvaro is currently co-managing their family office, with interests in real estate and agriculture. Their most recent project, Unite Hostel Barcelona, is an accommodation for travelers seeking to dive into the Barcelona experience by the sea, with neighboring attractions like Somorrostro and Bogatell beaches and Port Olimpic. @unitehostelbcn on Instagram.
